Lynda is an accomplished HR professional with 30 years of significant expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO); Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Talent Management including employee and organizational development, and Talent Acquisition program development and management. In her various human resource roles, she developed a broad understanding of management theories and concepts and their relationship to organizational behavior; and the ability to translate strategy into tactics with the goal of organizational transformation and improvement. 


Before AxisTD, Lynda served as the Assistant Regional Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Programs for the National Park Service. In this role, she advised the Regional Director on systemic issues related to equal employment and DEI; consulted with regional teams and organizations to advise on DEI strategies to increase workforce diversity and develop initiatives to advance inclusive policies and practices; and coached and consulted with managers and employees to address issues and advance a proactive approach to resolving workplace conflict. 


She has also served in other high-profile roles such as Director, Office of EEO and Diversity; Recruitment and Cooperative Education Program Manager, and Compensation Analyst for different organizations. 


Lynda is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and was a subgroup leader for the creation of the HRCI HR Body of Knowledge. She is a CoachDiversity Institute graduate, holds a Leadership Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, and is an Everything DiSC Assessment Certified Practitioner. Lynda earned an M.A. degree in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and a B.A. degree in Sociology from Jackson State University.

Garcia has over 25 years of achievement in HR, talent development, sales, management, and leadership; with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. He has excelled as an Executive, HR Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Key Account Executive, Territory Manager, and Coach (college baseball). The discipline and work ethic he developed while an officer in the U.S. Army has served him well in the competitive business world.


Garcia was a top sales leader during his selling days who generated millions of dollars for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, such as Aflac and Grainger, by developing strategies that won customers from the competition. He prides himself on his reputation as a problem-solver, for driving sales numbers, and his demonstrated ability to effectively impact profit performance. 


Clients recognize him as a professional, plain-spoken practitioner who has their best interests at heart. Colleagues call him a focused, pragmatic, straightforward leader who "makes seemingly impossible situations work." 


Throughout his varied career, Garcia’s focus has always been on doing his part to help make his organizations and client organizations high-performance workplaces, and he continues that effort at AxisTD. He credits his profound understanding of the intricate workings of the ever-changing business landscape for his past and future success. 


Garcia is an Everything DiSC Assessment Certified Practitioner. He earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Jackson State University.

Debbie Douglas

Debbie is an Organizational Development professional with extensive experience working with individuals and teams to maximize organizational performance. She has worked with organizations to design innovative approaches to address management issues, such as strategic planning and leadership transition; collaborated with teams to improve their effectiveness, and tackled conflicts that impeded team success head-on. Her proficiency in performing organizational assessments and diagnosing group dynamics has proven critical to the development of customized solutions for her clients.


She is a skilled mediator and facilitator and is a certified administrator for the People Styles and Strength Development Inventories, Myers-Briggs, and 360-degree assessments based on emotional intelligence competencies. She earned a B.A. degree in Urban Studies and has completed the Organizational Development Certification through the NTL Institute.


Before AxisTD, Debbie worked for the National Park Service as an Organizational Development Specialist and management analyst focused on management accountability issues for the Northeast Region. She has also worked for the Land and Water Conservation Fund and Urban Parks and Recreation Recovery Program. Debbie retired from the National Park Service in 2022 after nearly 40 years of public service.
